Meanwhile said the new capital will be used to meet demand for BTC-denominated life insurance among families in Asia, Europe, and the Middle East. Earlier in 2026, the company launched its BTC Life 1-Pay product for customers outside the United States. The product allows users to pay premiums once in bitcoin and receive a guaranteed death benefit denominated in bitcoin for life. The company also said policyholders can borrow up to 90% of the policy value after the first year, with no repayment schedule.
